Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products ALL sales are final- No exceptions.

• Once order is placed we are not able to make any changes to the original Order.

• If an item is currently out of stock we will contact you to exchange for something of equal value or issue a refund for the product.

• Once order has shipped we are unable to redirect the package.

• We are not responsible for incorrect address entered by the customer. If order is shipped to the wrong address we are unable to issue a credit or replacement until original order comes back. Customer will have the option to place a new order or wait for the original order to come back.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns/exchanges on sale or discounted items or gift cards.

Back Order:

• Customer is responsible to pay additional shipping fee's for items held on back order.

 

Damages and Issues:

• Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 24-48 hours of receiving. (No Exceptions)

• If the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item. Please make sure to email us @ thisgirlsvinylshop@gmail.com  within 24-48 hours of receiving. 
• Pictures will be required of the box, packing and items in question. (No Exceptions)

 

Exchanges:

• If item is deemed to be Defective the item will need to be returned in order to exchange for a different product of equal value or issue store credit -no refunds.
