Shipping policy
ALL orders will ship within 1-2 business days.Â
- If package is Damaged a claim will need to be filed with the carrier. Pictures will be required of all packing materials.-Â (NO Exceptions)
- We do not accept C.O.D/Money Order or checks for shipments.
- Once order has shipped we are unable to redirect the package.
- We are not responsible for incorrect address entered by the customer. If order is shipped to the wrong address we are unable to issue a credit or replacement until original order comes back. Customer will have the option to place a new order or wait for the original order to come back.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We only ship within the 50 US Continental States at this time.

Lost/Stolen Packages/Delayed:
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen or delayed packages. Once the order has left our facility we are no longer responsible. Please make sure to track your package for expected day of delivery.

- Items are shipped by USPS, UPS and FEDEX shipping method is selected by the customer at check out.
